SPECIFICATION OF
WAFER STICK LINE

(1) WAFERSTICK OVEN type SWS-3L-IW

- Capacity:
    Optimum 10,800 pcs / hour / machine 3 nozzles with product length 140mm,   
    diameter 10,5 mm or by weight of 6,5 gr / pc = 70 kg / hour / machine 3 nozzles
    or approx. total output 1,680 kgs / 24 hours
    Roll wafer with or without cream : external diameter max. 18 mm (nozzle o 15
    mm) and min. 8 mm (nozzle o 5 mm), roll wafer length ability 60 mm to 160 mm
- Technical:
Dimension: 3.2m W x 3.9m L x 3.1m H (with exhaust fan).
Working area: 3.5m W x 4.5m L.
    Machine weight approx 4 ton self standing on flat and level concrete floor.
    LNG consumption = 6.5 m3/hr/mc at drum speed 36 sec/circle (Kraft's standard)
    or LPG consumption = 4.3 kg/hr/mc
    Electric consumption 11 kw/mc standard 3phase 380V 50hz
    Compressed air: pressure 5-6 bar standby for blowing blocked nozzle

    mm, driven by 0.75kw geared motor with inverter through chain and sprocket  
    with maximum drum speed 32 sec/round, temperature 130 - 180 oC.
Frame : angle bar 80x80x8, ms plate 5mm, silver painted.
    Insulation density : 100 kg/m3 of rockwool with thickness of 1”- 3” covered with
    ss plate 0.3mm.
Cladding : ss plate 1-2mm, flat and profiled.
Burner : 12 units of Infrared Burner (Daido - Japan) underneath the drum and 6
    units of Torch Burner on upper side of drum right & left (Sugitama) with flame
    sensor by 2 units UV light detector (Krom Schroeder - Germany)
- Gas line safety equipment :
    2 uts of Solenoid Valve in series for Pilot Burner, 2 uts of Solenoid Valve in series
    for Infrared Burner, 2 uts of Solenoid Valve in series for Main Gas Supply (Asco -
    USA), 2 units Hi and Lo Pressure Switches, 1 unit Low Pressure Switch for air
    supply (Antunes - USA)
- Gas train is located at rear outside of oven, with equipment :
    1 unit Burner Control (Krom Schroder - Germany), 2 units Second Stage
    Regulator   (Invensys - USA), 1 unit Gas Filter (Guiliani Anello - Italy)

- 1 unit Paste Tank : volume 45 ltr, material ss 1.5mm, dimension diameter 500 x
    H 300, radius at corners, stirrer on top, with 3 units gear pumps, cast iron gear  
    type, cast iron housing, driven by 3 units of 0.5hp geared motor with inverter at  
    inside main panel, all units are located on a table with castor, material of ss square
    tube 40x40 and ss plate 1.5mm.
- 1 unit Dough/Batter Tank: volume 45 ltr, material ss 1.5mm, dimension   
    L590xW230xH230, with 3 units gear pumps, bronze gear type, cast iron housing, 
    driven by 3 units of 0.5hp geared motor with inverter at inside main panel, all units
    are located on a table with castor, material of ss square tube 40x40 and ss plate
    1.5mm.
- 1 unit Gravity Tank for Coloured Batter : ss 1.5mm, volume 20 ltr
- 1 unit Gravity Tank for Glueing System : ss 1.5mm, volume 20 ltr
    Both gravity tank are located at left top of machine, outlet with gate valves and
    flex hose
- 3 units of Roller Winder: driven by 6 units of 0.5hp motor with inverter.
- 3 units Rotary Cutter: driven by 3 units 0.25hp motor and clutch-brake (Chain
    Tail - Taiwan), cutter equipped with photo electric length sensor and proximity
    stop sensor (Pepperl+Fuchs - Germany)
- 3 units Outlet Chute: made of half cut of ss tubing
- Standard sparepart: approx for 1 year operation, depending on operator skill.
